Trading assistants can use this opportunity to make some serious cash. You can either help normal people to sell their stuff on eBay or ask local *small* companies with real products. Many smaller companies simply don’t have the time to add hundreads of eBay items every day.

Trading assistans can take a high fee if they are good at selling. The more you can sell per day the better.

Here’s ebay’s statements regarding the fees that you can take for selling other people’s items on eBay:

The fees you pay a Trading Assistant for selling your items are up to you and the Trading Assistant to agree upon. You should agree on any fees and terms before any work takes place. eBay does not charge you fees for hiring a Trading Assistant. Note, however, that eBay charges fees for selling items on eBay, and some Trading Assistants pass those fees on to their clients as part of the overall cost of their services.

eBay added a directory for trading assistants, it is the *official trading assistant directory*:

Expanding to a REDOL

If you are good at selling things, you might even expand and open up a REDOL (Registered eBay Drop off Location). Drop off locations are simply stores where you can drop your package during business hours without any prior notifications and they will take care off it and sell it for whatever price you want.

Isn’t that a great way to make money on eBay? You get paid for helping other people sell their stuff. This could be a lucrative niche. Check out your city. Is there already a registered eBay Drop off location? If not, it might be your chance! There are always people who want to sell something. If you can build up a reputation as a reliable seller you will quickly become the best option for people to sell things on eBay.

The big plus is you don’t have to spend anything on items and you can charge whatever you want (of course it has to be a reasonable rate or people won’t care about your service). The disadvantage are that your profits won’t be that great when you are starting out.
